About the event
10:30 - 11am Contact Improv warm-up class
In this Contact Improvisation class, we create a safe space to explore our edges, offering tools, techniques, and exercises to deepen trust in our solo, partner, and group dances.
11am - noon Magic Dance with DJ Magic Dragon
Pan Williams aka DJ Magic Dragon serves up a dance wave of sweet saucy sacred soundscapes in this ecstatic dance experience.
12:15 - 1:45 Lunch
Enjoy lunch with community. Basic fare will be provided but bringing food to share is very welcome.
1:45 - 3:15 EcoSacred Journey
Join in a guided nature walk. In the present moment experience we’ll explore to connection with the ancestors and future beings of all time lines. Dress warmly as it may be cold outdoors, but we will also be moving our bodies throughout this practice to keep warm.
Drop in anytime between 10:30 - 1:45, but arrive no later than 1:45 to carpool to a nearby magical nature spot 10-minutes from Sanctuary Somatics.
