CIRCLING with Alison Bulman and Vincenzo Minino: Circling is an exercise in communication and empathy. It develops our ability to find what is true for us in the moment, speak it, and listen to others as they do the same. This takes the form of a conversation which happens in either a group or in pairs. The subject of this conversation is the experience of having the conversation--any experiential content that comes up, including thoughts, emotions, mental images, physical sensations, questions, assumptions and judgements can be shared at the speaker’s discretion. Circling makes the claim that truth, when handled responsibly, is inherently good, and that by simply speaking or embodying what is true for us in relationship with others, good will come of it.
Alison Bulman and Vincenzo Minino are certified Circling Facilitators through Circling Europe.
Autumn Turley and Sky Taylor incorporate their years of monastic training into the practice of circling, using it as a form of interpersonal meditation.
Mobile Monastery Events are offered by donation to give people the opportunity to explore giving resources as a spiritual practice. Dāna is a Buddhist term for the virtue of generosity.
